Karnataka TET Eligibility of Qualification Requirement 2020

For paper I:
Aspiring candidate must have the senior secondary degree with minimum 50 % marks from well-recognized university or if they are in the 2nd year, they may also apply for this exam.
Candidates having the senior secondary certificate with 50 % marks and in the final year of B.Ed, will also eligibility for TET exam in Karnataka state.
Candidates pursuing BSC from a well-known university may also apply for TET exam
For paper II:
BSc graduate candidate or candidate in one year B.Ed course will be eligible for this post.
Candidate, who has both BSc and B.Ed degree with 50 % minimum marks from well known and recognized university, will take part in this exam procedure.
5 % marks relaxation is given to different category candidates according to the decision of state govt.
Candidate having B.Ed degree will give more preference.
Karnataka TET 2020 Requirement Eligibility Criteria
Aspiring candidate must be the citizen of India. Candidate from another country will not be able to apply for this TET exam in Karnataka state.
Aspiring candidates must be more than 18 years on the day when they are applying for this exam. Some age relaxation is given to candidates who belong to SC, ST, and OBC category. This age relaxation is given to candidates according to Indian govt. norms.
